2. Services

NRIProMan provides a technology platform to facilitate property management, including but not limited to:

• Property management
• Tenant management
• Owner management
• Lease management
• Property inspections
• Maintenance request management
• Vendor coordination
• Rent tracking
• Financial reporting
• Document management
• Notifications and communication tools
• Certain services may be provided directly by NRIProMan, while others may be carried out by third-party vendors or service providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles

Different users may have different permissions, including:

• Property Owners
• Tenants
• Property Managers
• Inspectors
• Maintenance Vendors
• Administrators
• Business Partners
• Access to information and features is based on your assigned role.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
• Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Property Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all property-related information submitted through the platform is accurate, current, and complete.

NRIProMan is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

7. Inspections and Maintenance

Inspection reports, photographs, videos, and maintenance recommendations are prepared based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection.

NRIProMan does not guarantee that inspections will identify every defect or issue.

Maintenance services may be performed by third-party vendors. While we strive to work with reliable providers, NRIProMan does not guarantee the quality, availability, or workmanship of third-party services unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Payments

Where applicable:

• Users agree to pay all applicable service fees and charges.
• Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
• Additional taxes, government charges, or processing fees may apply.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable.

9. Owner Responsibilities

Property owners agree to:

• Provide accurate ownership documentation when requested.
• Maintain valid insurance where required.
• Ensure the property complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to requests for approvals in a timely manner.
• Maintain sufficient funds for approved maintenance and related expenses.

10. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants agree to:

• Pay rent and other agreed charges on time.
• Maintain the property in a reasonable condition.
• Promptly report maintenance issues.
• Comply with lease agreements and applicable laws.
• Respect community and building rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, documentation, and content provided through the Services are the property of NRIProMan or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Payment gateways
• Cloud hosting providers
• Communication platforms
• Identity verification services
• Mapping services
• Analytics providers
• NRIProMan is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

14. Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Perform maintenance
• Release updates
• Modify features
• Suspend services for operational or security reasons
• without prior notice where necessary.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRIProMan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NRIProMan for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRIProMan, its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Your actions pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
• You may stop using the Services and request account closure at any time, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

18. Changes to the Services

We may modify, enhance, discontinue, or replace any part of the Services at our discretion.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NRIProMan regarding your use of the Services.
